Earliest check in is 3.00pm. Latest check in is 9.00pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 11.00am.

Other Policies

Bookings are fully refundable if cancelled more than 7 days before check-in. Bookings cancelled 7 days or less before check-in are non refundable.

For bookings made from 1 January 2027 and staying from 14 June 2027 onwards, a Stirling Council Visitor Levy fee of 3% will be included in our rates.

At times, we may operate a two night minimum stay, notably peak periods (April - October inclusive).
